Hepki is a platform
Hepki connects customers with Buddies who provide the help you book. Hepki provides the platform, Buddy verification and support.
Not medical or professional care
Buddies offer companionship and everyday assistance. They are not doctors, nurses, medical caregivers, lawyers or financial advisers, and Hepki is not a substitute for professional care or advice. In an emergency, call 112.
Limits of verification
We verify each Buddy's identity and run background checks, but no check can guarantee every aspect of a person's conduct. Use the in-app safety features and report any concern to us right away.
